E-Liners

NMB E-Liner bearings represent the highest specification PTFE-lined spherical bearing technology within the NMB range. Developed for demanding motorsport, aerospace and industrial applications, E-Liner bearings are widely recognised for their exceptional wear resistance, low friction characteristics and extended service life under high loads.

Unlike standard PTFE-lined bearings, NMB E-Liner bearings utilise a double PTFE-impregnated liner combined with a high-temperature Nomex® woven backing. This advanced liner construction provides improved durability, enhanced performance under load and increased operating temperatures, making them ideal for applications where reliability and precision are critical.

Our range includes both NMB E-Liner spherical plain bearings and NMB E-Liner rod ends, available in a variety of sizes and configurations to suit motorsport, aerospace and high-performance engineering applications.
