TYGRIS R220 is a robust, molybdenum-disulphide-reinforced aerosol lubricant engineered for heavy-duty chains and wire ropes. It penetrates deep to shield drive chains, forklift chains, wire hoists, and cable systems delivering long-term wear protection, resistance to elongation, and corrosion defence under extreme load and high-speed conditions.

Application & Usage

Shake can vigorously. Hold 15–30 cm from the chain or rope. Spray thoroughly, ensuring deep penetration. Wipe away excess to leave only a film for corrosion defence. After usage, invert can and spray briefly to clear the nozzle. Use PPE and consult the Safety Data Sheet for full handling guidance.
