PUR 400 is a silicone release agent specifically formulated to provide a fine release film for use with integral skin and elastomeric polyurethanes.

APPLICATIONS

Ensures quick and easy release of integral skin and elastomeric polyurethanes in injection moulding and other forming processes. Contains silicone so may not be suitable where decorative work (e.g. painting plating) is necessary on the moulded part. Spray a light - even coating from 9 - 12 inches (25 - 30cm) and re-apply as necessary

STORAGE

The product may be stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 36 months with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50OC - away from direct heat and naked flame.
