Product Information
A clear - non-silicone; waxy protective coating for use on all mould tools.Removes moisture and provides long term protection to mould tool surfaces after use.
FEATURES
- Non-staining formula - ideal for clear or white plastic moulding
- Will not penetrate or creep into the mould tool
- Easily moulded off - ensures quick start up
- Resists the effects of high humidity and acid finger marking
APPLICATIONS
- All injection mould tools

DIRECTIONS
- Ensure that the surfaces have cooled to below 35oC to ensure optimum film formation
- Apply a light - even coating from 9 - 12 inches (25 - 30 cm)
- Re-apply as necessary
- Can be removed with Ambersil Mould Solv
TECHNICAL DATA
- Appearance : Viscous - Clear Film
- Film Forming Properties : A continuous - homogeneous film remains
- after a cure time of 10 minutes
- Solubility : Soluble in solvents - insoluble in water
- Packaging : 500 ml aerosol
STORAGE
The product may be stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 72 months with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50OC - away from direct heat and naked flame.
