LOCTITE® 403 Instant Adhesive is a low odour, low bloom alkoxyethyl-based instant adhesive that is ideal for absorbent surfaces and in applications where vapour control is difficult.
It is a medium viscosity product with low odour and low blooming properties that is transparent and colourless when cured.
LOCTITE® 403 provides for rapid bonding to metals, plastics, and elastomers, as well as to porous and absorbent materials such as wood, paper, leather, and fabrics.
